Position Overview

DoubleVerify seeks a talented, proven & resourceful Commercial Director / RVP for our UK & Northern Europe territory to join our existing UK sales team. This unique individuals primary responsibility will be to serve as the leader of the Direct Sales team focused on working with the largest agencies & brands across the UK, Benelux & the Nordics. In addition, the UK Commercial Director is responsible for enhancing & maintaining our relationships with senior stakeholders across our installed client base.  We are looking for a team player that takes initiative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, & knows how to create partnerships & sophisticated agreements that last. This stellar sales leader is someone who has proven experience heading a sales organization focused on revenue growth, evangelizing products, & negotiating commercial agreements. This is an opportunity to lead a hyper-growth division of a company that is transforming the online media industry.


  • Establish & grow our relationships with senior-level decision-makers within the largest agencies & brands across the UK, Benelux & the Nordics
  • Negotiate & structure trading agreements to drive adoption of DoubleVerify's services & technology
  • Lead the sales team to drive continuous revenue growth in-territory through new business acquisition
  • Manage regional revenue forecasting with precision to the MD EMEA
  • Present DoubleVerifys solutions to key decision-makers within agencies & brands
  • Partner with internal support teams to ensure maximum levels of client-facing customer service
  • Attend industry events & speak as a representative of DoubleVerify to the larger digital marketing industry
  • Some light travel dependent on customer needs


  • Stellar sales performance through resourceful execution
  • Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they operate & how/what campaign buying & planning entails
  • Must have extensive contacts at top interactive agencies/brand advertisers (including trading, media, operations, analytics) & have a strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams & planning cycles
  • Must show accountability/ownership through every stage of the client relationship
  • The ability to create partnerships based on value & a talent for consultative selling is required
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques & technologies (platforms, DSPs, exchanges, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline & accurately forecast revenue
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse & articulate data into a sales proposition a plus
  • Collaborate with multiple internal support teams for smooth campaign execution
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills, both in-person & over the phone
  • Bachelors or Masters degree preferred
  • Ability to speak additional languages is preferred
  • 10+ years experience in internet media/technology sales
  • Proficient in MS Office & Salesforce
