About The Role

Kustomer is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to help with various projects surrounding sales process improvement & Salesforce.com hygiene in early 2019. This is a wonderful opportunity to get exposure to a high-growth SaaS sales team. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, along with the SVP of Sales, in a variety of projects relating to the different functions of the sales organization. Youll walk away with a real understanding of the how a sales team functions, along with the technology, data, & content needed to enable the team to be successful.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Revenue Operations to understand business processes & tools that support the business development & sales teams
  • Assist Revenue Operations with administration of various sales reports & dashboards
  • Enforce & ensure parity between Contract & Opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Work on projects that improve sales efficiency & customer success outcomes
  • Assist with Salesforce.com enrichment, cleansing, de-duplication & records updates
  • Work on projects that improve sales efficiency & customer success outcomes
  • Use strong problem solving skills, interpersonal skills & grow the ability to develop working relationships with various teams across the company
  • May involve handling sensitive personal data

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written & oral
  • Ability to multitask & deliver on several, concurrent projects
  • Task oriented & deadline driven
  • Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, a true self-starter

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Previous experience at a SaaS startup
