What You Will Do:

  • Assist Senior Leadership Team
  • Ensure that all meetings start & end on time & help ensure the productivity of meetings
  • Manage & submit expense reports
  • Heavy communication internally & externally
  • Maintain kitchen spaces & conference rooms
  • Coordinate internal & external meetings for multiple executives
  • Manage the booking of multiple conference rooms
  • Sort & distribute mail & packages
  • Travel booking, calendar support, & processing expense reports for senior leaders as needed
  • Greet & announce visitors
  • Answer & field incoming calls

Who You Are:

  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of executive assistant/receptionist experience
  • Exemplary written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines; you thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Resourceful, extremely organized, detail oriented, & a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite a plus
  • Scrappy, unflappable, dynamic
  • Motivated, driven & a self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Bachelors Degree
