In the newly created role as the Chief Talent Officer at Terminal, you will sit on the leadership team & report directly to the CEO. You'll be an integral member of the team & will be public facing, so you'll need to understand the business & lead with your expertise around building engineering teams & developing talent & culture.
This is a rare C-level recruiting leadership opportunity. It's your role to own the end-to-end people processes & design the way we attract, develop, engage & retain our talent (both for Terminal & our clients). You will solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, & in some cases reinvent how work is done.
You will lead a Terminal Talent team that represents close to 50% of the employee base, inclusive of a Director of Talent Acquisition & a Director of Human Resources. You will also have responsibility for creating & improving the overall talent acquisition process (recruiting, onboarding & retention), as well as partnering with our VP of Marketing in crafting & leading market awareness of the Terminal talent brand & reputation.
