The lifecycle marketing team at CLEAR is responsible for driving conversion, retention & reactivations across all nodes of the CLEAR business. As the lifecycle associate you will play a key role in supporting our TSA PreCheck martech stack as well as partnering closely with the Sr. Director on how to support our test & learn strategy across the CLEAR membership base.


What You Will Do:

  • Execute cross-channel lifecycle programs, both one-off & drip, from in-app & push campaigns to email & text
  • Own the implementation of customer journeys (email, SMS, phone) for our TSA PreCheck x CLEAR program
  • Identify new creative needs for TSA PreCheck & manage the approval & release of these assets. Identify new channels that will assist with the growth of the product (i.e. app, direct mail, in-airport giveaways/content, etc.)
  • Identify, track & implement meaningful a/b tests that will improve CRM & Lifecycle KPIs -conversion, retention & winback rates
  • Partner with teams across the organization, such as growth, product, technology & finance, to understand key initiatives & how email can support these new programs
  • Evaluate our core metrics on a daily basis & partner with data teams to enhance our dashboards & uncover new segments to target
  • Stay up to date on the newest tools & tactics in email marketing

Who You Are:

  • 3-4 years of lifecycle marketing experience (email, app, SMS). Prior experience with tech, DTC or subscription based businesses is a plus
  • Youre an owner, with experience overseeing campaigns from the planning phase through execution & subsequent performance reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of ESPs from campaign set-up to segment creation. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, & AWS Pinpoint experience preferred
  • Understanding of email best practices & knowledge of HTML. Experience with Dreamweaver & Movable Ink preferred
  • Experience working with SMS transactional marketing programs preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally & partner with finance, accounting, data analytics, engineering, customer service & creative teams
