THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Sales Managerfor ourSalesteam in Brazil!

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Be responsible for developing Gympasss portfolio;
  • Research, map & develop plans for each prospect client;
  • Design new strategies to attract new clients across multiple sectors & geographies;
  • Customize business proposals according to the needs & interests of each prospect;
  • Continually seek & take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums;
  • Develop creative & innovative ways to connect with potential Decision makers.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Strong commercial background - focused to HR decision makers;
  • Understanding of a start-up business & its further development to a mature & consolidated business & operational structure;
  • Proactive approach & ability to work independently;
  • Outgoing & enthusiastic conversationalist with strong listening & communication skills;
  • Ambitious & scrappy metrics driven self starter;
  • Positive attitude & team spirit;
  • 2+ years of hands-on digital experience driving customer acquisition with campaigns across Paid Social & Paid Search
  • Have self-motivation & is highly organized to lead tasks end-to-end in a fast-growing organization.
  • Passion for changes & adapt yourself easily to new scenarios.
