We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Sales Operations team at Ritual. As an Analytics Manager, youll help the Sales & Marketing team build a world-class merchant acquisition machine through testing, experimentation, & insights-driven recommendations. You will maintain metrics across all of our funnels, diving into opportunities, & own experimentation across all of our acquisition channels to prioritize & optimize our merchant supply. Where funnels dont exist, youll make them. Where data doesnt exist, youll help build the infrastructure to measure & start tracking it. You think creatively & use technology to your advantage to achieve our goals. You have never met a BI tool you didnt like & you know how to piece data from different places together to weave the story you seek. You dont pull reports, you challenge them. You are curious, born to ask questions & seek answers.

You will

  • Own the end to end experimentation process for our Sales & Merchant Marketing teams
  • Define, structure, & test experiments/changes to merchant marketing programs, campaigns, sales tactics/outreach, & conversion optimization tactics across all channels (inbound & outbound)
  • Improve access, integration & quality of sales & marketing data to stakeholders including maintaining & evolving merchant acquisition & engagement dashboards
  • Analyze, interpret & visualize business data such as conversion rates, CPMs, CAC & LTV across multiple acquisition channels to present findings to stakeholders
  • Define new analytics requirements to tackle gaps in our data, working with Sales Operations, Marketing, & Engineering to implement
  • Work closely with the Sales Ops & Merchant Marketing groups to analyze experiments, campaigns & engagement trends
  • Collaborate with business partners to clearly define analysis/campaign scope, objectives, targeting & measurement strategy for merchant acquisition initiatives

You need to

  • Have experience structuring & executing experiments, preferably in sales & marketing
  • Be an Excel/Google Sheets savant. Additional tech like SQL is great & familiarity with Pardot, Web Analytics, Looker & other BI tools is nice to have
  • Take complex information & data & present it in a concise & impactful way
  • Build strong meaningful relationships,work cross-functionally & take care of various stakeholders
  • Teach & mentor - you will help to grow & train up future analysts & team members
