What youll be responsible for:
This position will report to the Sr. Manager, ABM & Field Marketing. In addition to the marketing team, you will work cross-functionally with Circles Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success & Revenue Operations teams. You will play a foundational role in the development & execution of Circles Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, targeting the world's largest crypto firms, institutional traders & hedge funds, fintechs, & ecommerce companies. You will help execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness & engagement within these target segments, operationalize outbound prospecting with the sales team, & develop a reporting & analytics infrastructure to inform the company on progress with these campaigns.
What you'll work on:
- In partnership with Marketing & Revenue Leadership, you will help execute our ABM strategy, building multi-channel go-to-market campaigns targeting key enterprise accounts.
- You will ideate on, develop & launch multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting corporate finance & payments technology personas within large crypto businesses, institutional trading firms & hedge funds, fintechs, & ecommerce / marketplace businesses.
- In partnership with the product & content marketing teams, youll aid in the creation of bespoke content aimed at educating these enterprise target audiences & will execute a content distribution plan to get this content in front of the right audiences.
- You will partner closely with Marketing Operations & Sales Management to operationalize outbound prospecting campaigns with the SDR & Account Executive teams.
- You will partner closely with our Field Marketing team to leverage our investment in events as an Enterprise Marketing channel, helping to activate events to generate meetings for our sales reps.
- In partnership with Marketing & Revenue Operations, youll develop a regular cadence of reporting & analytics on the Enterprise Marketing / ABM & events business that will drive the design, execution, & prioritization of tactics & will be presented to various stakeholders, including the Executive team.

What you'll bring to Circle:
- Experience managing & executing end-to-end account-based go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated relationships with past sales & business development teams.
- Strong campaign project management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue functions & go-to-market strategy.
- Demonstrate strong analytical & written & oral presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack & Apple MacOS preferred.
- 5+ years of demand generation marketing, ABM marketing, digital marketing or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience of marketing to an enterprise audience.
- Experience marketing to the Financial Services industry is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot (or comparable tools).
- Strong database & Excel / Google Sheets experience.
