As VP of Marketing you will report to Helpshift's President & be a key member of our leadership team, helping to position our solution against the competition, & tell the Helpshift story while leveraging a Product Lead Growth model. In this role you will lead marketing strategy implementation, oversee brand positioning, customer segmentation, activations, lead generation activities, channel & partner marketing & grow the marketing team.
