As a Launch Manager for our restaurant partnerships at MealPal, you will travel to new cities & be on the front lines of growth for MealPal nationwide! Youll implement processes to help the business expand & the team grow. You'll hire, train, & mentor an amazing outside sales team. Youll define & manage weekly & monthly quotas to ensure we bring on the best restaurants in each city we are launching. You will identify key restaurant partners & help the team set meetings with the decision makers to bring them onto MealPal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop & execute MealPals launch sales strategy to improve sales productivity & efficiency
  • Manage teams both remotely & on-site
  • Motivate your team to hit their quota
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, & help them solve these challenges using MealPal
  • Recruit, hire, train & manage the team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel to & live in different cities for extended periods of time
  • 2 + years of management experience
  • Can-do attitude; crazy hustle; ability to get things done; entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Ability to manage remotely & on-site
  • Fearless & ambitious with a competitive personality
  • Experience managing, training, & growing an outside sales team
  • Ability to analyze & track metrics to hit goals
  • Proven leadership, problem solving & analytical skills
