About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Learning Operations Senior Specialist to join our Global People's team with members in New-York, London, Paris, Israel… & beyond.
You are experienced & ready to tame Learning Management System tiger to deliver seamless learning experiences with clear value for employees & managers,
You can juggle with learning analytics, insights & learning budget  as easily as juggling chainsaws on a tightrope,
You are great at orchestrating communication on projects, new offering, resources & events as you would ride the wave on a ironing board,
You are used to coordinate projects & vendors/partners relationships as well as managing internal stakeholders, being a serial winner of F1 Race driving a Go-kart

This role will be within our Learning & Development badass team, a group of diverse & seasoned professionals sharing the same passion for learning & development & having a positive impact on our people for them to perform & grow professionally. You will report to Global Leadership & Learning & Development Director. 


What You'll Do:

Roles & Responsibilities

Teaming with a Learning Operations associate, & in close connection with the whole Learning & Development team & Organizational Development team at large the responsibilities at core of this role are: 

-> Operations
Be the Business Owner for Learning Management System (Workday LMS) : 
Formalize, maintain associated set-up, processes, workflow & communication, 
Ensure Value experience for various stakeholders (employees, managers, HR…): adoption, adherence…
Drive continuous improvement (based on user / stakeholders feed-back, audit or diagnosis) & further process standardization & digitization opportunities (ex: self-service, ticketing system…)       
Oversee L&D KPI's & dashboard (L&D Data governance representative) in close collaboration with People Analytics & BI teams
Learning delivery effectiveness; Learning experience evaluation; Learning impact
Country specific reports (ex for France, CSE / Work council reporting)
Monitor & control L&D KPIs & dashboard, on monthly basis, analyzing, & presenting insights to support projects or company wide goals & initiatives                          
Oversee global learning budget for each department/team maximizing the impact & utilization of it.  

-> Communication
Orchestrate communication needs on the various Learning & Development solutions & offering within the team & support synchronization / implementation with CS internal communication, Employee Experience, HRBPs…

-> Global Projects Coordination
Manage a portfolio of global learning offering / global providers to ensure best (learning experience) value for money driven by Contentsquare needs (legacies, renewal, new…)Ex: Language trainings, Well being program, On-line coaching, …Support the coordination of specific programs or initiativesEx: Onboarding program, Management & Leadership development curriculum, Quarterly Inspirational talks, Co-devpt…

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Full proficiency in English (this is our day to day working language)
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, in Learning & Development operations & technologies
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration & Business Ownership experience (from set-up to go-live to run & continuous improvement), ideally Workday LMS / Module practice
Ability to work in a scale-up fashion where things go fast & requires drives for result & agility
Great interpersonal skills, at ease listening & communicating with impact, building relationships, collaborating
Strong analytical skills with systems thinking, process improvement mindset, solution building

What Makes You Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience in Workday Learning Management System administration or even more Business Processes ownership
Experience in Workday Learning Management System integration with third party platforms

Good to know: 
Starting date: April 2022 or sooner
