Carta is hiring experienced senior Engineering leaders to join our R&D team to build everything required for companies to manage their equity plans. You'll play a foundational role in Carta's fast-growing Enterprise Engineering organization, which is responsible for features needed by late-stage private companies as well as public companies. You'll help to deliver reliable & scalable solutions that enable our largest & most valuable customers to grow on the Carta platform.
You'll spend a third of your time recruiting & building the team, a third mentoring & managing the Engineers that report to you, & the final third helping set priorities, shaping technical direction, & creating the velocity necessary to land complex deliverables on time, including coding work yourself.
Applicants must have excellent people management skills, a strong technical background, be excited by zero to one projects, & enjoy working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Prior experience in FinTech & all these technologies is ideal, but not required. Our team consists of people who are happy to help you learn everything you need to be successful at Carta.
