Corporate Account Manager, Regional Lead

Focus of the role/responsibilities:

  • Build regional team - Recruit, manage & develop a highly progressive team across our regional markets
  • Manage a team of 5-8 Corporate Account Managers to execute on key strategic initiatives including customer satisfaction & financial accountability for profit contribution
  • Measure & maintain operational excellence for the Account Management team including OKRs
  • Manage all post-sales activity for corporate customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, & execution
  • Use data to drive excellence in adoption, renewal, up-sell, & churn reduction
    Identify areas for growth within existing accounts & work with Account Managers to execute
  • Evaluate the input & ideas of internal teams relative to client needs & preferences & provide learnings in a timely fashion
  • Develop a deep understanding of churn drivers & develop churn mitigation strategies

  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service or sales experience
  • Enjoy working closely with customers & building long-lasting relationships
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive positive results for customers
  • Willingness to get hands dirty & do what it takes to delight our customers
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to communicate effectively to multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in food or food technology is a plus
