THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior Media Analyst to join our team. You will derive insights for the Media & Demand Generation practice in order to drive actionable insights to help steward meaningful marketing initiatives. You will work on various individual & team assignments to continually evolve the various tools, methodologies, insights, models, & reporting used to drive the Media & Demand Generation Group practice.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Provide analytics vision & measurement plan for media programs, including goal-based KPI selection, communication strategy, & roadmap of program enhancement
  • Define & execute data requirements in support of measurement & test programs in partnership with Analytics, Data & Engineering groups
  • Regularly generate focused, actionable & impactful business reporting & insights oriented around team objectives
  • Guide structured testing of new initiatives, including experimental design, planning, & execution management
  • Program management of day-to-day analytics operations from brief to execution
  • Aid in enhancement & development of digital advertising attribution & analytics capabilities, including channels such as TV, OOH, Radio, Search, Direct Mail, Social media, & OTT / Connected TV
  • Develop & own the creative performance operating model to deliver on-going & systemic creative performance insights & action plans
  • Media management & development, including structured feedback process, training, & mentoring as it relates to applied analytics within the media practice

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical or commercial field preferred
  • Deep understanding of Digital & Traditional media channels & application of various buying & planning approaches & strategic development is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
  • Strong personal organizational & time management skills, able to juggle multiple complex projects
  • Proficiency in SQL & Excel required
  • Experience with one other programming language for data analysis & exploration Python, R, or Spark preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using data visualization software to convey analysis in an easy to digest format
  • Experience working with Tableau for data visualization preferred
  • Experience using a variety of modelling approaches to forecast future customer & business behavior
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills - demonstrable track record of influencing up, down & across organizations
  • Experience working with data sets & APIs from various measurement platforms. Including Appsflyer & Flashtalking preferred
  • Understanding of various attribution methodologies required
  • Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries & time zones
  • Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred
