The Role

The Brand Ambassador (internally referred to as Field Sales Representative (FSR)) reports to the Regional Field Sales Manager and is responsible for executing local community events to promote & sell the Iora Primary Care model. The FSR also works in close collaboration with other FSRs in the market to develop & sustain strong lasting relationships with community partners, building & executing community events focused on generating leads that turn into prospective patients. 

The FSR works within defined parameters to identify work expectations & quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, & works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Meet & exceed personal sales target goals (sales targets are tied directly to patient lead generation /qualification)
  • Launch, grow & direct all sales efforts around increasing patient acquisition
  • Nurture & create leads with Iora brand through regularly scheduled activities & events 
  • Extensive community tabling for brand awareness
  • Identifies self generated opportunities for market & agent/agency partners
  • Community mapping outreach
  • Effectively building formal & informal relationship networks inside & outside the organization
  • Persuade insurance agents to consider Iora Primary Care for their patients
  • Maintain relationships across a variety of functions & locations
  • Identify potential patients' needs, clarify information, research every issue & provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small & large groups, or among diverse styles & position levels
  • Draws upon multiple relationships to exchange ideas, resources, & know-how
  • Document patient enrollment activity in in a timely & accurate manner
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Administrative work to include metric reporting
  • Maintains a positive attitude despite adversity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ years of outside sales & marketing experience required
  • Prior community partnership experience preferred but not required
  • Maintains a positive attitude despite adversity
  • Proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email & chat while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performs varied activities & moderately complex administrative / operational / customer support assignments. 
  • Have worked in fast-paced, results-driven work atmosphere
  • Team Player with ability to persuade/convince others to take action
  • Negotiates skillfully in tough situation
  • Experience using or similar CRM tools, preferred but not required 
  • Comfortable working occasional nights & weekends
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required 
  • Ability to travel 50% within market

Location: This is a remote position in the field, but with regularly scheduled activities in practices & in the community.

Compensation: Competitive base & incentive compensation structure tied to individual & team performance.
