LaunchDarkly is looking for an experienced BDR Manager to join our fast-growing Business Development team. You will be responsible for hiring & building out the BDR team in a new market. This person will be working with new hires to help with cold calling, prospecting emails, & territory development activities. Help monitor team performance, implement appropriate training & accelerate overall pipeline growth. You & your team will be responsible for generating new opportunities for our inside, field, & strategic sales teams.
The BDR Manager is someone who has proven success as a BDR Leader or related Lead Generation role at another organization. This person has been able to meet or exceed their targets & has proven success in the role with at least 12 months of direct lead experience.
