Location: This role can be based in Paris, Madrid or Milan

Key Responsibilities

Grow the Southern Europe book of business in both gross & net revenue, by initiating, leading & managing Taboolas business opportunities on both the supply & the demand side

Meet & exceed ambitious expansion goals on all fronts

Lead by example & continuously build a team of excellent performers, promoting accountability, drive & execution

Directly manage the sales effort to advertisers & publishers, enabling sales leaders to grow their teams & inspire them

Personally create, maintain & grow meaningful partnerships & relationships with key publishers, advertisers & advertising agencies across Southern Europe

Integrate Taboolas new products into existing clients, & help bring about a new generation of products based on market feedback & a strategic reading of the needs map in your region

Develop a first rate understanding of Taboola's platform & be able to lead the charge of bringing it to the local market

As a member of EMEA leadership team, take an active role in shaping & implementing the regions strategy, & helping to create an inspiring & productive environment both in our London hub & our remote offices

Become an integral part of the companys Global Sales Management team providing input from the European market & implementing any decisions in the territory

Work with your direct reports - country manager(s) & senior sales leaders - to create & implement a detailed, scalable business operating plan & deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue & exTAC targets
