# **About Plinth**

# Our Values

### Ownership

At Plinth Analytics, we expect every team member to embody a culture of ownership, where individuals take pride in their work, think critically, and strive for excellence. This means being accountable for our actions, acknowledging mistakes, and using them as opportunities for growth. ### Hunger

We value a culture of hunger, driven by intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and ambition. We're constantly striving for excellence, innovation, and improvement, never settling for "good enough" and always seeking to push boundaries and think outside the box. This mindset allows us to stay future-focused and fascinated by data and its application in the real world.

### Respect

We value a culture of respect, fairness, and honesty, where everyone is treated with consideration and dignity. This mindset fosters trust, open communication, and collaboration among all team members and with clients. By respecting each other's abilities and perspectives, we create a positive and supportive environment that promotes healthy actions and teamwork.

# The Ideal Plinth Team Member

- Tenaciously push projects and tasks across the finish line
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and have a knack for driving clarity

- Find themselves constantly learning new skills
- Not be afraid to tinker to understand' or prototype to better prove their point
- Have sharp attention to detail and take the quality of their (team's) work personally
- Have a track record of receiving and growing from feedback
- Have a history of genuinely investing in the growth of others
