Adaptly is looking for a remarkable Art Director to join our growing Creative Lab in Austin TX! This role is responsible for shaping the quality of creative work for the social media campaigns that we run for our portfolio of brands reporting directly to our Creative VP.
Through our groundbreaking proprietary technology & expert services, Adaptly enables the world's largest advertisers to scale campaigns across walled gardens like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, & Pinterest. Managed service offerings include strategy, planning, media buying, execution, & analysis. We're using technology to help our clients scale their campaigns across all of the relevant social media campaigns in a way provides them with the best return on their media spends.
About The Role:
As the Art Director, you'll collaborate closely with our Creative VP, Freelance Designers & our Client Strategy teams throughout the design cycle. In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution of the creative content for the paid social media campaigns that we run for our clients. In addition to the creation of aesthetically sophisticated work, the content that this Art Director creates must be engaging for audiences in a way that aligns with our client's overall strategic objectives. In addition to exceptional design skills & unmatched creativity, the ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to speak with clients articulately & with a solid understanding of how the creative content fits into the overarching client strategy.
This role requires you translate desired moods, messages, concepts, & underdeveloped ideas into galvanized creative solutions. You will be expected to take on a range of projects from conception through to management of production & delivery on time & on budget, under the direction of our Creative VP.
