Were looking for a Campaign Manager to join the Ad Operations team at Vox Media on a temporary assignment! The Campaign Manager will be responsible for ensuring the trafficking setup, troubleshooting & delivery of Voxs Direct & Programmatic Guaranteed digital marketing campaigns throughout our brand websites & across our content partner distribution landscape. In addition to supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the Sales & Account Strategy team, this individual will consult on campaign setup to help reach & execute our clients media KPIs.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Utilize 3rd party ad tags ranging from simple creative setups, including standard desktop display, mobile, & 1x1 tracking, to more intricate creative setups, including but not limited to custom creative, video & native to accurately traffic & manage media execution across sites & platforms.
- Consistently deliver thorough campaign & creative QA & troubleshooting services for ad-hoc internal & client tagging, tracking, & reporting issues.
- Become the expert on our internal site specs & product offerings.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions & requirements & vice versa.
- Collaborate with multiple departments such as Project Managers & Designers to execute & monitor all custom elements per campaign.
- Reconcile billable media for all activations across platforms.
- Provide process improvements & recommendation; translate business strategy & requirements into operational requirements; keep detailed documentation on various processes for team development.

- Being able to efficiently deliver campaigns on their goals without wasting impressions unnecessarily.
- Forging a positive & communicative working relationship with internal teams (mainly account & media strategists, as well as client success & project managers & paid social).
- Becoming a reliable resource & go-to person for less experienced campaign managers & account strategists
WHO YOU ARE
- Business-minded with strong written & verbal communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience trafficking ads in GAM at a digital publisher
- Experience with other 3rd party ad serving & tracking systems including DCM/DFA.
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management.
- Self-sufficient problem solver.
- Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, & thrive in an extremely fast-paced, detail & deadline-oriented environment.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with Order Management Systems such as boostr & operative.one.
- Familiarity with verification & brand safety vendors: MOAT, DoubleVerify (DV), Integral Ad Science (IAS) etc.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation technologies & capabilities
- Working knowledge of programmatic operations & strategy.
