Peloton is looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional to lead our Corporate Recruitment function. This team supports all non-technical hiring efforts at our NYC headquarters. These areas include but are not limited to: Finance, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain, Creative, Strategy, Analytics, PR, & Content.

This individual will lead a powerhouse team of 5 to help Peloton create the best place to work for the worlds best talent. They will develop & enhance processes that will allow us to reach our ambitious headcount goals while sustaining our collaborative, empowering, & member-focused culture.


  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers & teams across the organization
  • Obsess over providing a world-class candidate experience
  • Source, identify, & interview talent who will drive business goals & enhance our company culture
  • Partner with D&I Program Management team to ensure an equitable, fair, & inclusive hiring process
  • Participate in industry conferences & events to incorporate new, creative talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide consultative guidance to business partners on recruitment best practices
  • Develop a process that not only attracts but retains talent across the organization
  • Identify trends, issues & opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools
  • Act as a culture ambassador for Peloton
  • Leverage data & metrics to improve efficiency & process
  • Guide, coach, & mentor the Corporate Recruiting team to ensure they have a clear, detailed career path
  • Sustain humility by collaborating with others to make decisions


  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, 3+ managing a team
  • Experience hiring for non-technical roles in the aforementioned fields, subject matter expertise highly preferred
  • Ability to assess both technical capabilities & culture fit of in-bound candidates
  • Compassionate, flexible, & trusting leader
  • Experience developing diverse candidate pipelines
  • Agency & in-house recruiting experience is ideal
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Approachable business partner who colleagues want to work with
