Primary is a gender-free, inclusive kids clothing brand started by Galyn Bernard & Christina Carbonell in 2015. The company was founded on the idea that kids clothing should be affordable, feel amazing, & be free of logos & slogans so that all kids can truly shine. What you'll be doing
Supporting product development efforts, including:
        Managing styles in development in our PLM system.
        Partnering with production & planning teams throughout the product development process by maintaining & communicating all product data & changes.
        Assisting with weekly reporting & ad hoc sales analysis.
        Tracking & organizing customer feedback, sharing with customer experience & production teams.
        Assisting as needed with special merchandising projects & initiatives.
        Understanding the competitive landscape, including tracking competitive assortments & pricing strategies.
Preparing new styles for launch on our website, including:
        Communicating needs ahead of a season, managing product launch plans & changes for creative teams.
        Ensuring inventory, product images, descriptions, & pricing are ready for product launches.
        Performing ongoing site refreshes to react to in-stock rates, sales information, & marketing plans.
 
Qualifications
        2-3 years of relevant experience
        Clear thinking, intellectual horsepower & strong judgment, especially in ambiguous and/or complex situations
        Exceptional Excel & analytical skills
        Strong grasp of retail math & inventory concepts
        A relentlessly positive attitude
        Strong work ethic & bias for action
        Incredible attention to detail
        Bachelor's degree

        Bias for critical thinking over conventional wisdom
        Ability to think & communicate clearly in complicated and/or ambiguous situations
        Not just a willingness, but a love of rolling up sleeves to do the work
        No sharp elbows - you thrive in a respectful/collaborative environment
        Flexibility - the ability to pivot quickly & be solution-driven when things change
        Experience with WFX, Looker, Shopify a plus
