We are looking for a motivated, & highly organised person to join the team as a Commercial Analyst. You will be an integral member of the finance team, supporting our Finance Business Partners & Management Accountants with data entry, analysis & managing our billing function.
The task at hand:
- Working with our Finance Business Partners to manage data integrity across our finance, planning & project management systems. Supporting both the local finance team & our global FP&A team to manage & administer our planning tool, Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Help drive improved internal reporting through the development of dashboards & management reports across both client commercials & agency financials.
- Assist our Finance Business Partners with client specific requests such as reforecasting, staffing & resource allocations or profitability reports.
- Working with our Finance Business Partners you will be responsible for raising sales invoices in line with agreed terms, chasing any late payments, & managing the completion process of timesheets required for accurate reporting & revenue recognition.
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience in a commercial / reporting / analysis role
- Able to build relationships with key stakeholders & able to explain financial information to non-financial staff
- Ambitious & keen to learn High accuracy & attention to detail Great excel skills; pivot tables, lookups, etc.
- Able to provide insightful variances analysis
