Our roster has an opening with your name on it

The Sportsbook Senior Supervisors main responsibility will be to lead a team of supervisors who are responsible for the money room, in addition to, the vault & floor operations of the Sportsbook during assigned shifts. This person will supervise transactions in the money room & work on the Sportsbook floor as well. This role is pending regulatory approval by the ADG.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Supervises the Sportsbook floor, including but not limited to: Sportsbook money room & vault, cashier location assignments, supervisor assignments, customer service staff supervisors & assisting the Manager/MOD as needed
  • Assign sweeps/bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessary & provide accurate reporting on monies exchanged from employees at the end of each day/event
  • Ensure accuracy of all change, pickups, & banks transports
  • Monitors all monies being wagered
  • Approves & denies sports wagers as appropriate
  • Quickly handle escalated guest disputes in the Sportsbook that cashiers & supervisors are unable to deal with
  • Supervises cashiers to ensure accuracy when issuing & redeeming betting slips for guests while providing gaming information & abiding by all gaming regulations/requirements
  • Provides outstanding customer service to both guests & employees
  • Assists the Sportsbook Manager in maintaining control & authority over the Sportsbook
  • Complies a list of key events, comments/complaints from staff & customers for the Sportsbook Manager to send to senior management at the end of the shift
  • Proactively reports any IT issues with tills or TVs to the appropriate party
  • Key communicator with the Risk & Trading team, along with the Sportsbook Manager during their shift
  • Ensures that all employees perform services & transactions in accordance with company policies & state regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What we're looking for in our next teammate 

  • Previous high volume cash handling experience required
  • 2+ years experience with cash handling and sportsbook betting experience preferred 
  • 1+ year ticket writer/cashier experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain a gaming license & satisfy all regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity required
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry & betting process
  • Strong collaboration & project management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in sports or online gaming highly desired
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees & customers
