Position Overview:
DoubleVerify is at an exciting point in its growth as a market leader & provider of global verification & performance solutions to top brands across the globe. We are seeking a marketing professional to lead & manage US-based cross-channel marketing efforts & teams. This individual will be responsible for developing a US-centric marketing & communications strategy that raises awareness for DV & our offerings overall, attracts new high-value target clients, & helps advance potential prospects through the funnel using thoughtful ABM communications. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring all programs are accountable & measurable based on designated KPIs.
What You Will Do:
You will collaborate closely with the CMO & SVP of Corporate marketing to define strategies & tactics that will enable DV to establish its leadership position as a company that drives quality & performance for top brands & agencies. This means raising our profile in key markets & designing content & outreach programs with messaging that specifically resonates with target clients.
To be successful, you will:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders & stakeholders across all aspects of corporate marketing, including brand, content, & customer marketing
- Develop marketing programs that accelerate revenue & market share growth
- Further DVs position as an industry thought leader, collaborating with the content marketing team to establish the strategic planning & execution of large-scale content programs & priority research projects
- Design & implement programs that maximize the effectiveness & efficiency of cross-channel customer marketing & communications
- Partner with product marketing & commercial stakeholders to drive the execution of marketing strategies tailored to different customer priorities & needs (i.e. verticals, lifecycle stages, etc.)
- Develop a cross-channel approach to marketing & communications that reinforces core content & strategic themes, while working with global leaders to localize messaging
- Nurture a talented team of content & field marketing specialists to achieve these goals
- Manage marketing budget & expenditures
- Maintain brand standards & ensure compliance across all marketing & communications channels
- Identify competitors & evaluate their strategies & positioning & devise counter-strategies
- Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, industry associations, & stakeholders
Who You Are / What You Have Done:
- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Marketing/communications or related field - preferred Masters degree
- 10+ years experience with marketing leadership and/or communications; previous working experience as a Marketing Director for at least 3 years
- Experience managing a team of contributors - both direct & indirect reports
- Demonstrated leadership, writing & communication skills
- Experience executing market analysis & developing collateral in PowerPoint & other creative software
- Experience with lead-generation/ABM capabilities within Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
- Ability to work independently and/or facilitate communications across functional teams
- Excellent written & verbal communications skills
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, team-based environment
