As a Head of Global Content in our Marketing Team, directly reporting to our Marketing & Comms Director, Marion, your mission is to create a leading global content strategy & operations to match Qonto's hyper-growth.

You will work with Qonto's different local & global marketing team members to ensure cross-team coordination between them in order to carry out your responsibilities!

You will have the opportunity to manage a team of talented content marketing specialists, freelancers, & partner with Acquisition, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Engagement, Brand & Comms, & Local Marketing teams to help define & execute a strategy.
This role requires proven leadership & expertise in defining a vision, strategy, & roadmap for content marketing in order to drive customer acquisition & engagement.

‍‍As a Head of Global Content at Qonto, you will

Build & own Qonto's content marketing strategy & execution across all marketing channels in order to generate more leads & add value for Qonto customers;
Oversee global content calendar and editorial plan development for marketing materials like blog posts, white papers, & more;
Find, hire & supervise copywriters, freelancers, & agencies to ensure the production of high-quality content in all markets;
Track progress on all new content production, report status, maintain schedules;
• ROI / Analysis: Follow dedicated content KPIs and measure the ROI of content marketing efforts; report to the leadership team & the wider marketing team about successes & always be looking for new opportunities which we can capitalize on;
Clearly communicate strategy, findings, & recommendations to the Qonto Growth Leadership team.

What you can expect

Team Management; lead & motivate an international content marketing team;
Stakeholder Management; work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales, acquisition, product marketing, & marketing to ensure there is buy-in & understanding about future plans, tactics, & campaigns;

About You

Experience: You have 8/10+ years relevant experience in marketing strategy, content marketing and/or communications;
Languages: You speak English fluently, an additional language will be a plus (FR,DE, ES, IT);
Education: You have a Master's or equivalent degree in Marketing;
Communication: You have the ability to present complex information simply with a relatable, human touch;
• Strategy: You have proven experience in organizing a content factory with numerous stakeholders & with a consulting approach;
• Teamwork: You have the ability to listen to, learn from, & teach content marketing across the organization;
• Management: You'll have held a leadership role in a content marketing focussed role.
