As CLEAR's partner marketing manager you will have the opportunity to work with our corporate partners in assisting with marketing programs, events, promotions, & campaigns. This is a unique opportunity to drive partner growth & drive the CLEAR brand through new verticals.

What You Will Do:

  • Build & refine a tiered framework for our partner marketing program in coordination with our new vertical, travel, product, & customer experience teams
  • Develop, execute & measure end-to-end integrated partner marketing campaigns (across brands)
  • Collaborate with partners on the creation of joint solution value propositions & drive the internal & external go-to-market strategy & execution
  • Maintain deep relationships with key partner marketing teams to leverage ongoing opportunities & new audiences
  • Regularly evaluate & report back on established KPIs, recommend optimizations & improvements
  • Support the overall priorities & goals of CLEAR through diversification through partner channels
  • Understanding of marketing programs, events, promotions, & the development of partner-sourced lead generation/pipeline
  • Proactively identify & source thought leadership opportunities, such as speaking engagements, awards, webinars, blog posts, & press
  • Equip internal partners with an always up-to-date library of marketing resources & product messaging guidelines to enable sales
  • Maintain strong working relationships with marketing & key stakeholders throughout the company (e.g. various verticals)

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in partner marketing
  • Solid expertise partnering with corporate brands
  • Strong understanding of email marketing & mobile best practices
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, & experience a big plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an "own it" mentality
  • Experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, & campaign reports & dashboards
  • Strong project management & multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable working with data analytics & business intelligence tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Excel)
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate & implement a focused plan
