The Director of HR will support this growth by designing & implementing values-driven, employee-centered policies & programs & providing leadership across our global team. The Director of HR will lead a team of 5-8 across North America, EMEA, & APAC & is responsible for mentorship, coaching, & building a strong team culture. 

This role offers the opportunity to grow internally. You will be a key team member from day one in creating a collaborative & engaging workplace for employees that reflects our values & culture.

What you will do:

  • Develop a vision & strategy for an excellent employee experience across global offices, including systems, policies, & programs that reflect our company values
  • Partner with People Operations leadership, including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, & Diversity Equity & Inclusion, to ensure a positive & supportive experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure organizational compliance with relevant local employment law & best practices
  • Design & implement employee-centered benefits, leave & compensation programs
  • Provide leadership in resolving employee relations challenges, partnering closely with internal stakeholders & any external parties
  • Identify trends in human resources & develop thoughtful, proactive responses
  • Lead a team of five or more employees across three countries, driving high quality output & developing talent

Who were looking for:

  • A leader with 10+ years of experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; global experience preferred 
    • Professional certification preferred (SHRM, PHR/HRCI)
  • An expert in core Human Resources functions, including benefits administration, compliance, leave management, compensation, & employee relations
  • A creative problem solver who can effectively strategize & structure complex projects from end-to-end
  • An excellent verbal & written communicator
  • An analytical thinker who can use data to determine success metrics & measure impact
  • A motivating team leader who creates followership & drives high-quality work
  • A relationship builder eager to partner with internal & external stakeholders
