The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivery of premier customer service & product repair to Peloton Commercial customers. The Field Service Technician position will exercise considerable independent discretion & judgment to support & service World Class Fitness Products including; Cardio, Strength, Video & Networked systems. We are looking for someone that will be a face of the company to our customers. The role will be providing a high level of customer care & technical troubleshooting to resolve product & customer issues at customer locations.
The technician provides technical assistance to other servicing agents & end users. Install, troubleshoot, analyze & repair Precor fitness & entertainment equipment. Ensure a sound working relationship with customers in a defined territory. Utilize Computer Dispatch System for timely, detailed, accurate record keeping. Position reports to the Regional Customer Service Manager.
Associates Degree in Electronics, Technical School Degree as Electronics Technician, or equivalent exeprience
