Area Vice President, SLED
As Area Vice President, SLED, you will sit on the Americas Sales Leadership team & operate as the General Manager for the SLED team. You will:

Set the vision, strategy, & tone for the SLED vertical.
Own, drive, & accurately forecast new software bookings, retention, & up-sell/cross-sell
Inspire, develop & retain high-performing Regional Directors & Sales Directors
Attract, recruit, & hire future Enterprise Sales Leaders & President's Club attendees
Lead key members of the Sales Ecosystem (such as Solutions Consulting, Account Management, & Inside Sales)
Build & execute relationships & go-to-market strategies with key Medallia partners such as management consulting firms & global system integrators
Run an operationally sound sales team
Partner internally with Sales Ops & Marketing to continuously improve our sales approach & win rate
