  • Facilitate discovery meetings & vision-setting processes to define product & project objectives, outlining the long-term goals & short-term deliverables
  • Lead & manage usability tests (setting up screeners, discussion guides, & moderating users)
  • Determine & manage various types of UX deliverables & solutions throughout the lifecycle of a project, from brief to launch
  • Create standard app design patterns & work with RTR designers to implement their adoption, with the goal of creating a scalable, consistent, intuitive app user experience
  • Communicate UX strategy & rationale for research, audits, personas, user flows, wireframes, content mapping, campaign flows & functional specs
  • Develop presentations articulating user experience strategy, opportunities & how usability relates to a larger brand experience
  • Interface & lead projects with product managers, designers, brand managers, developers, & vendors
  • Provide mentorship & guidance to other experience designers on additional projects when necessary

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a mobile consumer-focused business/product
  • Strong understanding of experience principles & customer needs such as motivations & behaviors, with the ability to translate them into engaging & actionable deliverables
  • Ability to create & present strategic experiences that ladder up into business goals & opportunities
  • Excellent verbal & written skills to be able to communicate to both technical & non-technical savvy audience members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines under pressure with little management
  • Ability to critique the quality of both UX & visual designs to improve the final product experience creating immersive websites, mobile websites, mobile applications, experiential elements & paid media campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Strong sense of accountability & ownership of projects
  • Experience presenting to executives & guiding decisions for new enhancements, features or redesigns
  • Experience working in an agile environment
