CLEAR is looking for a Sales Strategy Enablement Manager for the Central Operations team, to drive revenue growth opportunities across our network. This role is instrumental at providing performance leaders & CLEAR employees with the learning materials, content, & resources to accelerate growth & success. The Sales Strategy Enablement Manager will develop & execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. The role offers candidates with a mix of vision, customer obsession, & execution skills the chance to drive long-term business success for CLEAR.

What you'll do:

  • Apply a broad & deep understanding of CLEAR Members & Ambassadors to identify business opportunities & develop strategies to drive performance improvement
  • Use business performance data, deep understanding of sales execution, & input from Ambassadors to understand blockers & drive business acceleration
  • Leverage member survey data to help balance experience with sales
  • Work collaboratively with the field team to develop sales & service acceleration plans
  • Manage ongoing performance, track & report progress of business KPIs, & share learnings that can improve future planning, strategy, & execution
  • Strive for continuous improvement in the development & implementation of business excellence projects to drive consistency, build agility & maximize impact to the business

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning & development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools & training
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, & problem solving
  • Ability to build key relationships & influence across the organization
  • Professional demeanor- excellent verbal & written communication skills & comfortable communicating analytical information to non-technical audiences
  • Indefatigability with continuous improvement mindset, comfort working in a fast paced environment, & willingness to assist beyond your normal day-to-day responsibilities
  • Experience with content management & learning management systems
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

The base salary range for this role is $95K - $120K, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
