About the Job:

As a LiveIntent Sales Engineer, Identity Data, you will work with our customers to make the magic happen with LiveIntents suite of identity products. You will serve as thelink between Sales & Product to deliver & implement world leading identity products to our customers & help them be successful with our service. A Sales Engineer at LiveIntent is able to explain how the technology can be employed to solve business problems. Sales Engineers can communicate well with any audience from developers to executives, in a way that both communicates value & achieves results.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate on & advise our Business Development & Sales teams during the sales cycle
  • Work with the Product team in various stages of the product release cycle, from requirements gathering to release & UAT
  • Serve as a resource for Sales team to answer client technical questions during the pre-sales & post sales processes
  • Implement solutions for the customer to ensure their success within the LiveIntent ecosystem
  • Advise & assist with integrations & tests with other Adtech systems & data management platforms
  • Propose product enhancements & features to meet client needs
  • Provide general technical expertise about the entire digital ad ecosystem
  • Perform technical presentations to clients
  • Translate client requests into business & functional requirements
  • Play key role in the launch of identity team & build a sales engineering team

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical service environment in Adtech
  • Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to explain technical capabilities to CEOs, Directors & CTO's
  • Knowledge of & experience with ad serving & trouble-shooting ad tags
  • Experience with data providers both from targeting, attribution & analytics standpoint
  • Experience with cross-device & identity data
  • Experience with data onboarding services
  • Understanding of client CRM data & PII issues
  • Strong knowledge in at least one programming & scripting language such as: JavaScript, PHP, Python, C++, C#
  • Ability to actively drive problems to resolution
  • Strong decision-making & critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional organization & prioritization skills
  • Ability to interact with management & peers in an appropriate, professional manner
  • Effective cross-department communication
  • Insightful, innovative & adapts well to a dynamic & fast-paced environment
