As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with our largest, most complex clients to
ensure they are maximizing the value of VTS Rise for their properties. Every day you will partner with our clients to drive VTS Rise adoption & achieve predictable business outcomes. You will help provide insights & best practices on how to best leverage the VTS Rise platform at a property level (e.g., opportunities for feature adoption & workflow improvement), & proactively help them address opportunities. To thrive in this role you must have a service-oriented ethos & the ability to structure client problems into desired outcomes, experience in a client-facing advisory role, experience in mentoring & leading peers, as well as experience managing, consulting, & negotiating with clients & helping them be successful, along with an understanding of SaaS customer success models.
