CLEAR is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to join our Finance team. You will be driving strategic & operational decisions by working closely with leaders across the company. The team provides financial insights into the business through cross functional partnership, forecasting, budgeting, pricing & special projects. This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance.

What you'll do:

• Build dynamic, detailed & scalable financial models in partnership with the business
• Partner with cross functional teams to identify key risks & opportunities; serve as critical link between operators, corporate & management 
• Help drive new initiatives by creating detailed business cases to evaluate & support decision making
• Mentor & train a team for best-in-class practices & career development

How you'll measure success:

• Owning internal reporting (e.g. monthly financial reviews)
• Generate presentations & materials for senior leadership (e.g. Board presentations)
• Improving Operational Efficiency (e.g. process improvement & system enhancements)

What you're great at:

• 7+ years experience, with at least 1 year in investment banking or corporate finance
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment & exhibit flexibility
• Exceptional Excel / financial modeling skills
• Working knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle Planning & business intelligence tools (Looker) a plus, but not required
• Detail oriented & intellectually curious

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 - 165,000 depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
