Job Mission

To create & own product strategy for a core product line & guide the roadmap in order to consistently deliver value to users across the entire product lifecycle. Strategically, this means setting direction, driving major initiatives, & spearheading innovation. Tactically, it means balancing priorities of customer needs with internal operational efficiency & enabling the engineering team to deliver products of the highest value. Your leadership inspires partners & collaborators across the organization to work with you to bring products to life.


  1. Create & maintain a clear & focused product vision, communicating the vision clearly & frequently with the entire company. 
    • Define & maintain a 6+ month product roadmap aimed at moving toward future business horizons
    • Prioritize initiatives on an ongoing basis in line with vision, business KPIs & customer value
  2. Work collaboratively with customers & internal teams to understand product needs
    • Leverage expertise of customers & internal teams to identify product opportunities & translate those to tactical requirements 
    • Regularly engage with clients & prospects to understand their problems & the needs of the market
  3. Enable the engineering team to execute on the roadmap
    • Generate & oversee the development of stories from product requirements
    • Work closely with engineering leadership to ensure customer needs & business objectives are well understood
    • Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt & providing maintenance & support
  4. Communicate status clearly: progress, setbacks, & tradeoffs across management & stakeholders
    • Leverage our weekly all-hands meeting & demos as opportunities to communicate updates broadly
    • Team members across the organization consistently receive targeted updates with the appropriate context for their role
  5. Own & measure customer engagement through product usage analysis
    • Leverage product analytics to identify opportunities for driving platform adoption & product development priority 
  6. Guide an  A+ team
      1. As a Senior Product Manager you will collaboratively work with Projects Managers & other Product Managers to accomplish company goals.

  1. 5+ years in a highly collaborative senior product role 
  2. Extensive experience building complex SaaS products with an internal & external user base
  3. Strong strategic & market thinking skills
  4. Experience creating & presenting process flowcharts, wireframes, & decks to convey product ideas internally & to clients & prospects, including C-suite leaders
  5. Familiariarity with enterprise software platforms that make use of technologies like workflow, messaging, APIs, relational & nonrelational databases, data warehouses, & business intelligence.
  6. Full lifecycle product experience from ideation to release, change management, & maintenance / evolution.
  7. Experience with oversight of cross cutting resources e.g. Project Managers, design, contractors, 3rd parties.
