We are looking for an ambitious marketer & strategist that will deep-dive into how our customers use BetterCloud to create campaigns that systematically support customers in achieving maximum value while recommending complementary products. Passion for customer success & customer experience technology is key. The successful candidate will join a marketing organization that is smart, scrappy, authentic & innovative.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, campaign management & customer analytics 
  • You are tech savvy & proficient with Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, & problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently & efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong project management & inter-departmental coordination skills
  • Knowledge of Tableau a plus
  • You have knowledge of Pendo, or other product analytics & in-app campaign platforms
  • You are organized & able to work on both long-term projects & requests requiring a quick turnaround
  • You are capable of turning large sets of data into actionable insights
  • You love working cross functionally & globally to support the broader teams goals
  • Youre curious, insightful, & are a detail-oriented operator who can see the big picture
  • Youre organized & can manage multiple concurrent projects
  • You thrive in ambiguity & have a knack for distilling an idea into an actionable plan
  • You are adept at change management

Responsibilities

  • Own the ideation, development, execution, & optimization of all our customer marketing campaigns designed to increase customer adoption & net retention. These include all campaigns targeted at customer retention & upsell 
  • Analyze customer adoption & campaign results to develop insights & campaign recommendations to drive net retention 
  • Communicate & present findings & conclusions to stakeholders in non-technical language
  • Identification of target audiences by working cross-functionally with other teams to gather insights which will improve targeting efforts & generate buy-in for targeting decisions
  • Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless marketing campaign delivery; including database targeting & data quality
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up & executed according to appropriate specifications
  • Ensure that disparate customer marketing projects are linked in terms of data, processes, skills, & deployment methods
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
  • Own our customer surveys (i.e. NPS) & all customer feedback channels (i.e. G2Crowd)  to build social proof & improve the product feedback loop
