Job Summary
- Maintaining our platform up time to ensure processing needs are met.
- Maintaining our SLAs with our internal & external stakeholders.
- Strong Communication is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting escalated customer requests & ensuring proper triage & follow through.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to the platform through automation.
- Working with Development teams to ensure proper production support is available for launch.
- Identifying issues quickly to allow for minimal impact in Production.
- Maintaining our existing tools that support our production systems.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL
Job Requirements
- Experience running large scale distributed systems in production.
- Experience working with Incident Management Process
- Experience working with file transfer protocols, including AS2 & SFTP
- Experience working directly with clients
