Job Summary

• Maintaining our platform up time to ensure processing needs are met.
• Maintaining our SLAs with our internal & external stakeholders. 
• Strong Communication is essential. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting escalated customer requests & ensuring proper triage & follow through.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to the platform through automation. 
• Working with Development teams to ensure proper production support is available for launch. 
• Identifying issues quickly to allow for minimal impact in Production. 
• Maintaining our existing tools that support our production systems.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL 

Job Requirements

• Experience running large scale distributed systems in production. 
• Experience working with Incident Management Process
• Experience working with file transfer protocols, including AS2 & SFTP
• Experience working directly with clients
