  • Develop a strategic plan for content
  • Deliver on marketing metrics (consumer acquisition, conversion & retention)
  • Help develop brand content guidelines
  • Create a content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on the website, in newsletters, & on social media throughout the year
  • Oversee all content creation activities for the organizations website, newsletters, & social media (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Update all sections of the website, including the homepage & all others
  • Take part in creative briefings & brainstorming sessions
  • Develop & draft engaging on-brand communications
  • Plan, develop, & draft concepts for the Web & social media
  • Formulate ideas that are creative, innovative, & relevant
  • Articulate the rationale behind content ideas
  • Guide the creative team in adapting concepts & big ideas
  • Be the eyes & ears of the brand by following online conversations & establishing a close relationship with the target market
  • Write content performance reports & publications based on the terms agreed upon with the marketing team; make recommendations to improve on results going forward


  • University degree, ideally English, marketing, or journalism related
  • Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English
  • Language: French & Spanish considered an asset
  • Able to develop editorial content in a constantly evolving environment
  • Previous experience as a content manager or copywriter
  • Experience in the world of digital communications & mastery of the various social media platforms
  • Excellent command of Word & PowerPoint
  • Keen consumer of content, always up to date on the news & on trends (be they editorial, digital, or advertising related)
  • Past experience in blogging as a hobby (an asset)
  • Inspiring leader

  • Excellent writer (short & sweet for digital content)
