The Managed Applications Partner Operations & Program Manager plays a vital role in developing & administering partner programs, tools, & events, in order to build awareness, generate qualified leads, generate incremental growth, drive partner satisfaction & loyalty, as well as supporting the Liquid Web Partner Team.

As a Managed Applications Partner Operations & Program Manager you would:

  • Work with various teams to develop new programs & processes for streamlining day to day duties such as onboarding & enablement programs & appropriate tracking
  • Assist in the creation of partner recruitment tools
  • Play a key role in the reporting of new partners
  • Supervise & orchestrate partner recruitment events working closely with the marketing event coordinator
  • Work with solutions partners, strategic partners, resellers, external vendors, & internal stakeholders to improve the partner experience & ensure positive business outcomes
  • Provide operations support
  • Work with Dev in building out & optimizing processes
  • Project-managing all new related processes & tools to enable our partners sales efforts
  • Conduct yearly analytics to identify the characteristics of high-performing partners & assist the Partner sales team in partner recruitment
  • Measure performance & progress towards goals internally & with partners
  • Communicate with partners & users to increase offerings & revenue
  • Create partnerships & alliances to increase program offerings & marketing efforts
  • Review & analyze reports & data to help ensure we are best meeting our partners needs

You Have:

  • Prior success leading the development of customer facing partner solutions
  • Exceptional technical & non-technical presentation & communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of program development lifecycle & project management discipline
  • Significant technical sales experience
  • Credible & persuasive verbal & written communication skills
  • Commanding organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to work collaboratively, without direct reporting authority to get results
  • 7+ years experience in a partner-driven role & working with sales leadership
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
