About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us manage & optimize our performance marketing efforts, & help Primary realize exciting revenue results. This is a critical role on a team directly responsible for driving aggressive growth & customer acquisition. We are looking for someone with proven direct response marketing skills. You should be highly detail oriented, & have a strong balance of analytical skills & creativity, & be comfortable owning your channels.
-Management & optimization of Facebook advertising (both static & dynamic ads) as well as product catalog & pixel
-Management & optimization of text-based search ads on Google & Bing ad networks
-Management & optimization of Google Shopping
-Contributing to overall success of performance marketing team
A typical day at Primary might include:
-Manage & optimize direct response ads on Facebook & Google, directly from their native ad platforms.
-Develop new Facebook ad creative in support of product launches, key back in stocks, or other seasonal programs.
-Attend a cross functional meeting with the creative / copy team to review product & lifestyle images, & plan new performance marketing creative needs.
-Google Shopping Feed maintenance, including optimizing product descriptions for new products.
-Leverage Google Analytics to understand recent site trends & if they represent any opportunities for marketing support.
You must have:
-4-6 years of relevant work experience
-Robust understanding of either the Facebook ads platform or the Google AdWords ad platform; ideally with -experience managing campaigns in support of direct response ecommerce objectives at high daily spends
-Experience working in Google AnalyticsStrong proficiency with analytics & working in excel
-General curiosity & excitement to solve problems
-Strong attention to detail
Strong candidates may also have:
-Experience with the Shopify platform
-Experience working with Google Merchant Center to create feed rules, audit product feed, etc.)
-Some working SEO knowledge (on & off site)
-Influencer & partnership marketing experience
-Off-line marketing experience (print, events, etc.)
