Warby Parker is searching for a Retail Operations Specialist to join our high-energy team & provide day-to-day support across all 210 (and counting!) Warby Parker retail locations. In this role, youll play a key part in helping us achieve operational efficiency & excellence by ensuring that every store team has what they need to succeed. Youll help the Retail Operations team in answering requests, creating policies, building processes, & supporting various internal systemsworking cross-functionally with teams across the company to keep our retail ship running smoothly. What you'll do:
- Become an expert in all Warby Parker retail processes & systems
- Respond to all Retail Operations tickets & communicate closely with Retail Tech Services around store technology issues
- Maintain & own all retail-facing policies & ensure that our procedures up to date
- Identify & highlight any trends in the questions & issues raised by our store teams, & use that insight to pinpoint new opportunities to adjust our policies, trainings, & communications
- Create & distribute internal operations messages, in partnership with our Retail Communications team, to our retail field
- Become an expert in all Warby Parker app (including POE, Billfold, Floor-set, etc.) & serve as a liaison to our Product Management teams to troubleshoot outages, bugs, & prioritize updates from the store fleet
- Be available as needed for weekend & evening support
Who you are:
- Backed by 1-2 years of experience in retail or retail store operations
- A passionate self-starter who works effectively & efficiently
- Highly motivated & focused (a thorough to-do list is the secret to your success)
- A concise, clear, & compelling communicator with excellent written & verbal communication skills (plus a super-sharp eye for editing & proofreading)
- Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- A critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
- An ultra-organized person with superb prioritization & execution skills
