An Account Manager at Magnite plays a key role in ensuring the overall success of a defined book of business of publisher accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring Magnite exceeds our publishers expectations in delivering on value propositions: growth, transparency, efficiency. This role will be based in our London office.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for day-day client servicing & trouble-shooting of a portfolio of Magnites supply partners
Drive key initiatives across a defined book of business to ensure accounts are optimised & transacting to their full potential: best practice adoption for onboarding/Seller set up, integrations & inventory management
Proactive communication with Seller clients to deliver updates, including performance insights, optimisation feedback & suggestions for driving revenue
Oversight of delivery, measurement, reporting, integrations, client communication & contribution to strategy. Drive weekly, monthly & ad hoc agency/client reports
Collaborating with internal stakeholders e.g. Seller team Account Directors, Revenue Solutions, Platform Solutions & Product Management (in the UK & globally) to help define & drive enhancements to the Magnite platform
Work with entire Seller team to drive team-wide growth initiatives
Partnering with the Account Director team by supporting tactical needs to achieve & surpass revenue targets & KPIs, expanding client business by identifying issues & opportunities
Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic eco-system, keeping up to date with new ad tech functionality & understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific tech developments
Present at client meetings e.g. hot desking sessions, QBRs, product overview sessions etc.
Management of a portfolio of Tier 2 Accounts

Qualifications & experience

Experience managing online advertising accounts (ideally, working for an SSP, Ad Server, DSP or large web publisher)
Strong account management/client-facing experience
Strong understanding of online advertising industry & publisher business models (GDPR, ad serving, ad exchanges, header bidding & online ad technologies focused on driving publisher value)
Demonstrated track record of exceeding client expectations
Outstanding computer skills including solid knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word), Power Point (MS PP) & CRM systems (Saleforce.com)
