Flexport is experiencing massive growth with 2000+ Flexporters across 14 global offices. And were just getting started. Were looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding team!
WHAT youll be doing
In this exciting new role you will be working alongside a Senior Recruiting Coordinator & will be supporting our Makers (Technology) Recruiters.
Our Recruiting Coordinators are key partners in managing recruiting activities & building relationships. You will provide candidates with their first impression of Flexport by being the face of Recruiting to both remote & onsite candidates curating their candidate experience. And will work directly with our dynamic team of recruiters to manage recruiting operations.This includes coordination, scheduling & managing the interview process to name but a few things!
No two days are the same in the fast paced ever changing role. You will spend your time supporting the team, pivoting your style according to the needs of the business. You will be scheduling phone / video / onsite interviews, initial phone screens, providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone & email. You will use our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to update candidate information, job descriptions & job postings on various job boards. And will work closely with our Senior Recruiting Manager for Europe to build our process & reporting.
You will have exposure to stakeholders across the globe & key to your success will be your amazing communication skills & ability to provide world class candidate experience. You will be key to building & promoting the Flexport employer brand across Europe.
WHAT You'll need:
- Phenomenal communication skills & exceptional organisational skills, & the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills. You will work with senior leadership candidates.
- Calendar management skills. Detail oriented & highly organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize daily tasks
- Adaptability & Initiative: youre always looking to try new things & you welcome feedback about your work
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint & Google Applications
- Experience scheduling or using an ATS ( Greenhouse would be a plus)
- Fanatical levels of attention to detail
- Humility. No task is too big or too small
Previous experience supporting a fast paced recruitment function would be preferred. But mostly we are looking for a coordinator that is excited by the prospect of building an incredible organisation of talented individuals & can work at pace!
