Job Description

At Hyperscience, we are all about creating better outcomes for customers, companies & the world. The Implementation Consulting team at Hyperscience owns the owns the full customer implementation process, taking the lead on the customer relationship from post-sales through customer deployment. Team members also works closely with our Customer Success Team to roll out complex new use cases & new projects with existing customers & turn our customers into life-long Hyperscience advocates by providing them an unparalleled experience.

Hyperscience is looking for an experienced Implementation leader to help grow our Implementation Consulting team in EMEA. You will recruit & provide the coaching, mentoring & development that will enable the Implementation Consulting team to effectively help our customers deploy the Hyperscience platform & ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will be responsible for creating & executing initiatives to drive continuous improvements & will be directly responsible for some of our most strategic customers.

You will be excited by having the freedom of doing the best job possible, owning high-touch, high-impact relationships with executive stakeholders at global enterprises & government agencies, & driving real improvement in customer operations through our software as well as the opportunity to rapidly scale a Customer Success team through our hyper growth phase.

This is a full-time position located in EMEA reporting to the Director of Implementation Consultants.
