About the Role
Houzz is looking for a seasoned leader in analytics to drive insights for product growth & engagement initiatives across our site experiences. Houzz is the leading destination for home design enthusiasts & data is a key to how we improve user experience & engagement for the millions of homeowners & professionals that are part of our community.
This is a role where you will help the product team to understand the health of the business, discover growth levers & identify opportunities for optimization. You will be tasked with scaling our existing analytics function to help us grow the business. The best analytics leaders understand that their product is the tools, accuracy, & accessibility of data so that all individuals can operate in a self-sufficient & trusted way to make the decisions needed to keep us moving aggressively towards our goals.
You will lead a team of 6 quantitative analysts, digging deep into our rich sets of consumer engagement/log data. You will need to be able to translate strong insights about user behavior & analysis techniques into actionable work for analysts on the team. You will need to mentor & grow them on both technical skills & broader analytical approaches.
