The Lifecycle Marketing team leads the improvement of Eventbrite KPI's through the optimization of lifecycle touchpoints, strategic marketing tests & data discovery. As a global function, we support the regions with the tools & knowledge to be more effective marketers. Our team is the expert of aligning our marketing touchpoints with market, customer & product data. We love what we do. We are curious, we measure everything, & we bring a deeper level of insights to our marketing machine.
You'll be the expert on our customer lifecycle effectiveness. You will help solve critical marketing challenges including: who we contact, at what time, using what channel. You will have the opportunity to shape our marketing tool sets to be more effective. As a global marketing hub for Eventbrite's lifecycle marketing, you will support all the other regions with the knowledge, tools, & insights to improve their specific programs. You will bring a revenue-first approach to our programs & will also work to improve customer NPS. You will initially manage one other person, with the potential to manage more as we continue to grow our function.
