Were looking for an experienced mobile Sr. Product Manager, mobile web with expertise in crafting performant mobile web experiences. Mobile web is our fastest-growing channel & we are looking for a specialist to drive our mobile web strategy in this exciting channel. Youll define our strategy, roadmap, & execution for optimizing the best mobile web experience.

Candidates must be mobile-first creative problem solvers, flexible, analytical, & user advocates with a passion for mobile web experiences. You must thrive in a fast-paced, team-based, & results-focused environment & bring strong product-oriented thinking combined with communication, analytical, & leadership skills. 

What youll do: 

• Create & lead the strategy, roadmap, & day-to-day management of our mobile web product experience 
• Drive product development from concept through launch
• Set clear objectives & goals for the team
• Collaborate with the engineering team to launch new features & products using agile methodology
• Work closely with designers to build best-in-class mobile web experiences 
• Regularly review traffic & engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities 
• Leverage data & analytics as tools to make prioritization decisions
• Regularly collaborate with desktop product managers to ensure optimal mobile experiences across the site
• Partner with a wide range of stakeholders from concept to creation, including the executive team, other product managers, marketing, user research, analytics, engineers & operations. Ensure organizational alignment, track progress & clearly communicate updates on a regular basis

 What youll bring: 

• 4-5+ years relevant experience in product management, preferably e-commerce
• 2-3+ years of managing consumer mobile web experiences
• A passion for mobile web experiences
• Marketplace experience a plus
• Possess strong verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, direct, & organize complex projects
• Flexibility with negotiating & coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams
• Natural collaborator who knows how to drive effective decision-making
• Data-driven but able to make smart decisions in the absence of data
• Strong ability to use metrics to inform decision making & ability to slice data to see mobile trends
• A knack for distilling complex solutions into simple, elegant solutions
• Effective project management skills, communication & stakeholder management
