Mailjet is looking for a Technical Agent Support based in Toronto. She/he will be a direct report to the Head of Customer Service.
- Understand the product Mailjet & help clients to fulfill their technical needs.
- Spot recurring issues & find solutions.
- Provide feedback & key info for the technical & marketing teams.
- Communicate with prospects & clients in a friendly manner (via email, chat, telephone).
