The primary responsibility of the on-site 3PL Quality Manger is to ensure the overall quality of products being produced on-site at Tegra facilities in Concord, Suffolk & Norfolk. Provides leadership & direction for all members involved in Quality Systems & coordinates the team's efforts to achieve the business's objectives. This is accomplished through good communications of expectations & continuous monitoring for adherence to established quality standards & specifications. The QC Manager will also set up quality programs, quality reporting, provide expertise, & assist manufacturing with problem solving to meet customer specifications.
